I had 3 cookies left, I dipped them in coffee and put them in the middle.


I pour the remaining cream over the cookies. I sprinkle the top of the cake with dried and chopped walnuts. I cover the cake pan with film, leave it at room temperature for about 4 hours, then put the cake in the refrigerator (at least 5 hours).

3. Heat the butter to room temperature and mix with the oatmeal crumbs.

4. Line a dome-shaped bowl with cling film and cover it with the resulting dough. This will be the base for a no-bake cookie and jelly cake.

5. Cut the bananas into approximately 0.5 cm slices and place them on the cookies.

6. Beat sour cream with sugar using a mixer and mix with gelatin.

7. Pour the resulting sour cream onto a plate. It should cover both the bananas and the edges of the butter crumbs.

9. Grind the walnuts into crumbs.
