3. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil, stirring all the time.
4. Remove from fire and add butter cut into small pieces. Stir until butter melts.
5. Prepare 3 cups of flour. Pour it on the table in a slide and add 0.5 tsp. soda.
6. Pour the slightly cooled mixture from the pan into the middle of the hill and knead the dough.
7. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough. You should get a layer about 1 cm thick.
8. Use cookie cutters to cut out hearts, bears, bunnies, etc. from the dough.
* You can make holes using cocktail straws so that after cooking these cookies can be hung somewhere.
9. Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with parchment. Put cookies on it and put it in the cold for 20 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and start baking the cookies for 10 minutes.
