I like everything sweet, so I poured the entire portion of sugar into the dough.


Beat in the eggs, pour in the kefir. Mix everything.

    Every novice cook can bake a pie with canned apricots using a slow cooker. The device will cope perfectly with baking, you will get an excellent fluffy pie, decorated with juicy fruit slices. The latter need to be strained from the syrup and dried a little with dry cloths.

    • margarine or butter – 100 grams,
    • chicken eggs – 2 pieces,
    • flour – 200 grams,
    • sugar – 150 grams,
    • baking powder – 1 teaspoon,
    • salt – 1 pinch,
    • apricots – 4-6 pieces,
    • cherry - to taste,
    • raspberries - optional.

    Wash the apricots, dry them on a towel or napkin, remove the pits and cut into small slices. Use only fresh apricots (I don’t recommend cooking with canned ones, they are juicier and the dough can be very wet, and the aroma will not be the same).

    Remove pits from cherries and drain off excess juice (if any). You can also add a few raspberries to the pie (optional). It is better to place raspberries in the middle of the pie for beauty.


    Remove margarine or butter from the refrigerator in advance (we will need softened, but not melted).

    Place apricot slices onto the dough, lightly pressing them into the dough. Do not press too much, about halfway, so that the finished cake has a beautiful design on top.


    Arrange the cherries (I don’t recommend using a lot of berries, otherwise the pie will be too sour); you can also add a few raspberries if you wish.

    Preheat the oven in advance, place the pie with fresh apricots and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.


    Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan, then carefully transfer to a plate and decorate as desired (you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or make a pattern with condensed milk).
